Pune: Activists Protest Against Release Of Book About Lt Colonel Purohit 

Pune, 18th December 2022: Members of the Bhim Army Bahujan Ekta and Mulnivasi Muslim Manch held a protest at Tilak Smarak Mandir ahead of release of the book ” Lt Colonel Purohit: The man Betrayed?” at SP College today.

Bhim Army Bahujan Ekta president Datta Pol, and Mulnivasi Muslim Mancha president Anjum Inamdar, two days ago, gave a letter to the principal of S P college to cancel the book release function as Purohit is an an accused in terrorism related case. The Malegaon blast case is pending in the NIA court, and it will not be appropriate to hold the book publication program in the college.

However, the book release function was allowed, hence they staged a protest.
