Pune: 90 New Corona Patients In District
Pune, 30th August 2022: During the day on Monday (August 29), 90 people in the Pune district were diagnosed with corona infection. The Epidemiological Survey Department of the state gave information about this. However, the public health department has clarified that there is no reason to panic as most of the corona patients have mild symptoms and are recovering at home.
Out of 90 new patients detected during the day on Monday, 56 patients are from Pune Municipal area. 17 patients have been found in Pimpri-Chinchwad municipal area, while 17 patients have been found in the rest of the district.
In order to prevent the spread of corona, especially co-morbidities and senior citizens, as well as unvaccinated citizens, are urged to take all necessary precautions including the use of masks.
Due to the 90 new patients found on Monday, the total number of corona patients in the Pune district has increased to 14 lakh 95 thousand 861 while 1808 patients are undergoing treatment in the district.
