Pune: 24-Year-Old College Student Molested By Cleanliness Worker; Search For Accused Is Going On
Pune, 14th October 2022: A 24-year-old girl was molested by a cleanliness worker at JSPM College in Pune. A case has been registered at Wanwadi police station. It is be noted that, this college is owned by State Health Minister Tanaji Sawant.
According to Wanwadi Police Station’s Senior Inspector Deepak Lagad, on Wednesday (October 13) at around 3:15pm, a 30-year-old man was cleaning the toilet on the third floor of the Pharmacy Department of JSPM College.
As soon as the 24-year-old girl went there, the cleaner tried to force himself on her. However, the girl resisted him and ran away. After that, she narrated the incident to her friends.
After all this, the victim filed a complaint against the cleaner at the police station.
According to the description given by the victim, the police informed that the search for the accused is going on.
