Porsche Accident: Pune Excise Files Chargesheet Against 4 Popular Clubs In Kalyani Nagar

Kalyani Nagar, 23rd May 2024: In a significant move aimed at enforcing liquor regulations, the Pune Excise Department has taken decisive action against several establishments in Kalyani Nagar, including Ballr, Elrow, Unicorn, and Plink, for serving alcohol outside of permitted areas.

Senior Excise Inspector Vasant Kausadikar confirmed to Punekar News that the department has initiated action against these establishments and filed chargesheets against them for violating liquor licensing regulations. The primary reason for the action is their unauthorized service of alcohol beyond the designated permit area.

“We have taken action against them and filed chargesheets accordingly,” stated Kausadikar. “The next step involves forwarding the matter to the Pune District Collector, who will determine the appropriate course of action against these establishments.”
