PMPML Buses To Start 8 More Metro Feeder Routes Following Good Response
Pune 9th August 2023 : The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) has announced plans to start more buses for Metro Feeder service with an aim to increase the connectivity for commuters travelling in the Pune Metro. The officials have announced to start 8 more feeder routes from Metro stations in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad. According to the officials, the decision to increase the connectivity for Pune Metro passengers has been taken following a good response on the earlier launched routes.
This will add to the earlier 7 routes launched by the PMPML commuters. Eight new buses on these 8 new routes will start plying on roads for passengers from August 10. Along with this, the PMPML officials have also announced to extend the service on several routes following a good response from passengers. Besides, changes have also been made to the routes where the number of passengers was recorded low.
