PMC Invites Citizens And Tourists To Participate In Heritage Walk And Witness Pune’s Historical Significance

Pune, 27th April 2023: Pune, a city known for its rich cultural heritage and historical structures, is all set to host a Heritage Walk. The initiative has been organized by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to provide an opportunity for the citizens of Pune and tourists to discover the hidden gems of the city.
The Heritage Walk will be held between 30 April and 7 May 2023, and it promises to be an unforgettable experience for all those who participate.
Starting from the majestic Delhi Darwaza at Shaniwarwada in Pune, the Heritage Walk will take participants on a journey of discovery through the city’s iconic structures. The walk is scheduled to begin at 7.00 am and will be led by expert guides who will provide information and identification of the 11 historical structures along the way. Participants will have the opportunity to marvel at the architectural splendor of the structures and learn about their historical significance.
