PCMC: 449 New Covid Positive Cases, 14 Deaths Today

Pimpri, 6 October, 2020: The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) said that 449 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) patients were reported in PCMC areas today. Also, 882 people got discharged from hospitals while 14 people died today.

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 81,372 out of which 75,383 have recovered while 1388 have died. 3057 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 553 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 523 have died and 5376 have been cured.

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 66,85,082 across the country. Out of this, 56,62,490  have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 103,569 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 919,023 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
