Pune, December 7, 2020: Now, those who want to do the construction work and that is less or upto four thousand sq. feet, then there is no need to visit the municipal corporation for various permissions. All you have to do is to make an application through your architect to the concerned authorities in the corporation and get it done.

Well! Thanks to new Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulation (DCR) recently passed by the State government. The person can build ground plus first floor under this rule. However, it is mandatory to get the plan approved from the corporation through the architect and pay the fees. The corporation without physical checking will also approve the plinth checking after filling the application for it.
