Notice Issued: Khadakwasla Dam Increases Discharge to 11,143 cusecs Tonight Amid Rain Forecast

Pune, 25th September 2024: The Khadakwasla Dam will increase its water discharge from the spillway into the Mutha River basin, starting at 10:00 PM tonight. Currently, the discharge is at 15,730 cusecs, which will be adjusted to 11,143 cusecs.

“Changes may be made as needed,” stated the Sub Divisional Engineer of the Mutha Canal Irrigation Sub Division, Pune. He emphasized that the discharge could be further modified based on rainfall amounts and their timing.
