National Conference for Women CA’s inaugurated
Pune : Chartered Accountants (CA) should learn and grab the knowledge, skills and emerging technology of new era. Age of artificial intelligence may enhance gender neutrality, said CA Yashodhan Kale, former President of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
He was addressing the gathering of Women chartered accountants in two days national conference for strengthening women CA jointly organized ICAI Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad branch in association with Committee for Capacity Building of Members in Practice (CCBMP) at YASHADA, Baner Road, Pune.
Prafulla Chhajed, VicePresident of ICAI, Central Council Member Tarun Ghia and SB Zaware, Regional Council Member Sarvesh Joshi and S G Mundada, Anand Jakhotia, chairman of Pune ICAI, Amod Bhate, Chairman of PCMC ICAI, Ruta Chitale and Rekha Dhamankar, Coordinator of Conference were present. Along with guest more than 200 women CA participated.
Yashodhan Kale further said, Women’s are multitasking. She can handle home, family, children’s, job and business at a time without tired. They have good time management, sensitivity and transparency in work. though they have good qualities the have under control of ancient traditions and other things. She can deliver good work if they get opportunities. Now, work from home, work remotely type jobs upcoming. for that we have to learn new things to update us.
Togetherness and networking is very important in our day to day life. Women CA should participate in various conferences. sharing of knowledge and picking opportunities will help to grow, mentioned Prafulla Chhajed.
Anand Jakhotia added, ICAI pune trying to capacity building of CA fraternity. We have taken four National Conference on various subjects in this year in that Pune, Shegao, Shirdi and this women conference included.
Ruta Chitale told in her introductory speech, women conference are required. Maybe our goals inspirations and aspirations are same like man but the problems difficulties and constraints are different and so there is need to have different conference.
SB Zaware and Sarvesh Joshi also expressed their thoughts. Priya Agashe compeered the function, while Prajakta Chincholkar gave vote of thanks
