MSRTC Bus Collides With Divider On Old Pune-Mumbai Highway, No Passenger Hurt
Pune 26th Sept 2023: A Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) collided with a divider on old Pune-Mumbai Highway near St Mother Teresa Flyover in Chinchwad. The incident was reported at around 2 pm on Tuesday and the passengers were unhurt.
According to officials, the bus was coming from Borivali towards Pune and the accident was reported while the bus driver was trying to save an auto rickshaw on the road and avert a major accident. The bus collided with a divider and it was damaged in the accident. However, all the passengers were unhurt in the incident.
The accident led to a traffic jam on the road for some time. However, the traffic personnel of the Pimpri Chinchwad Police rushed to the spot and the vehicular movement was normalised.
