Minister Mohol Inspects Facilities At Pune Airport

Pune, 24th August 2024: Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Cooperation, Murlidhar Mohol, today conducted a thorough review of the Pune airport’s facilities, with a particular focus on the Medical Inspection (MI) Room. He assessed the operational readiness and the quality of services provided at the airport, ensuring that passengers receive a seamless and comfortable travel experience.

Expressing satisfaction with the current standards, Mohol emphasized the need for ongoing improvements to meet the growing demands of travelers. Discussions during the visit centered on enhancing infrastructure and service quality to better accommodate the increasing passenger traffic and to boost overall operational efficiency at the airport.

Mohol underscored the significance of Pune Airport as a crucial gateway to the city and the wider region, assuring that the Ministry of Civil Aviation would provide all necessary support to address any challenges faced by the airport.

Pune Airport Director Santosh Dhoke and other officials were present during the inspection.
