Maharashtra State Board Warns Against Fake Exam Timetables for Class 10 and 12

Pune, 17th October 2024: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (State Board) has yet to announce the final timetable for the Class 10 and Class 12 examinations scheduled for February-March 2025. The State Board has clarified that any timetables circulating on social media should be disregarded.

Additionally, the Board has issued a warning, stating that criminal cases may be filed against individuals spreading false information using the State Board’s emblem and name, causing confusion among parents, teachers, and students.

State Board Secretary Anuradha Oak conveyed this information through an official press release. The Board had earlier invited objections and suggestions regarding the tentative dates for the Class 10 and Class 12 exams. However, some websites falsely reported that the final timetables for the February-March examinations had been released. To prevent further confusion, the State Board has issued a clarification.

The detailed timetable for the Class 10 and Class 12 written exams, scheduled for February-March 2025, has not yet been published on the official website. The Board emphasized that the timetables circulating on social media should be ignored. The official subject-wise timetables will be announced separately on the Board’s website, http://www.mahahsscboard.in. Students, parents, and teachers are advised to refer only to this official source for accurate information.
