Love Turns Deadly In Pune: Girlfriend Allegedly Murders Boyfriend During Argument
Wagholi, 29th May 2023: A 21-year-old youth has lost his life allegedly at the hands of his girlfriend during a dispute. The incident occurred during the early hours of Monday.
The police revealed that the girl and the deceased were involved in a romantic relationship and were classmates. The young man had been residing in a rented flat in Wagholi, Pune, for the past few months.
On Sunday night, the accused girl had visited the boy’s flat to study together. However, an argument broke out between them, which quickly escalated and turned into a violent confrontation. Reportedly, the girl used a sharp knife to attack the boy, resulting in fatal injuries. The girl herself sustained serious wounds during the incident.
The injured boy was rushed to a nearby hospital, but the doctors pronounced him dead upon arrival. The police have arranged for a post-mortem examination of the boy’s body and are in the process of registering a case at Lonikand Police Station.
