Wednesday, 29th August, 2018: Pune’s first MediterrAsian restaurant – Flechazo opens in Wakad near Hinjewadi Bridge. The first restaurant in Pune, this is the 4th restaurant for the group after its two successful restaurants in Bangalore and one in Hyderabad. Flechazo in Bangalore and Hyderabad have won may awards and also the hearts of people. The company aims to expand the chain across India over the next 3 years.

FLECHAZO is a specialty concept-dining buffet restaurant with an innovative menu and experience. It bringing together the finesse of a fine dine and the quick and friendly service of a casual dine. It can easily be categorized as one of the largest buffets in town with over 40 items in the live counters, 14 starters served on table, 20 odd varieties in main-course, 12 varieties of desserts, 5 varieties of hand churned Liquid nitrogen Ice cream, munches, accompaniments and more. Flechazo is strategically situated near Hinjewadi, which is dominated by IT companies and is on the Wakad side midst the growing residential areas. The outlet can seat around 230 guests in each seating, and features an elaborate buffet menu at a fixed price.
Flechazo offers a vast buffet with signature live counters, starters, soups, salads, main course and desserts. The various signature live counters are – food shot counter which features chaats, Dimsums, Sushi, Tapas and other cold food. The Big O where one can enjoy making live thin crust pizzas and freshly baked Pitas; and Smokin’ cold where our chefs churn out instant liquid nitrogen Ice creams, which are also a special highlight of the restaurant.
