Kawasaki Unveils 2025 Ninja ZX-6R Globally: Features and India Launch Date

Pune, 7th June 2024: Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer Kawasaki has recently introduced the 2025 version of its powerful 600cc bike, the Ninja ZX-6R, for the global market. This latest model features a blend of cosmetic updates and technical specifications, aiming to enhance the riding experience. Kawasaki, renowned for its superbikes, has globally launched the 2025 version of the Ninja ZX-6R in the 600cc segment. This update primarily includes cosmetic changes with new color schemes such as Pearl Robotic White with Metallic Graphite Gray, and Metallic Matte Dark Gray with Ebony. Apart from these aesthetic updates, the core specifications remain unchanged.

The Ninja ZX-6R is powered by a robust 636cc inline four-cylinder engine, delivering an impressive 122.03 BHP and 69 Nm of torque. The bike comes equipped with a six-speed gearbox, 17-inch wheels, and a 17-liter fuel tank, ensuring a powerful yet stable ride.

The 2025 Ninja ZX-6R boasts several advanced features designed to enhance performance and safety. These include:

Assist and Slipper Clutch: For smoother gear shifts and reduced wheel hop during downshifting.
Riding Modes: Four different modes to suit various riding conditions.
Power Modes: Two power settings to adjust the bike’s performance.
Traction Control: Three levels of traction control for better handling.
Quick Shifter: Enables faster upshifts without the need to engage the clutch.
ABS (Anti-lock Braking System): For improved braking performance.
Bluetooth Connectivity: Allows riders to connect their devices for enhanced functionality.
LED Lights and Digital Instrument Cluster: Provides better visibility and information display.
Dual Disc Brakes and Monoshock Suspension: Ensures optimal braking and ride comfort.

Although the 2025 Ninja ZX-6R has been introduced globally, it is expected to hit the Indian market by next year. In the international market, the bike’s price starts at 9.51 lakh rupees, with the ABS version priced up to 10.35 lakh rupees. Currently, the 2024 version is available in India with an ex-showroom price of 11.20 lakh rupees.
