Jio Unveils New Recharge Plan Under 200 Rupees With 2GB Daily Data

Mumbai, 22nd August 2024: Jio has introduced a new prepaid recharge plan priced at 198 rupees, offering 2GB of daily data for its users across India. As mobile recharge plan prices continue to rise, this affordable option provides much-needed relief, allowing Jio customers to enjoy high-speed data, unlimited calling, and other benefits without breaking the bank. The new plan, launched today, aims to meet the growing data needs of users who have been cutting down on usage due to recent tariff hikes by private telecom companies.

Jio’s 198 rupees plan offers a total of 28GB of data with a validity of 14 days, providing 2GB of data daily. In addition to the data benefits, the plan includes free unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day. Subscribers will also receive a complimentary subscription to JioTV, JioCinema, and JioCloud, making it an all-inclusive package for entertainment and cloud storage needs. This new plan is especially beneficial for users who find it challenging to manage their mobile expenses amid rising costs.

Earlier, Jio’s most affordable plan was priced at 199 rupees, which provided 27GB of data at a rate of 1.5GB per day, along with a validity of 18 days. While the benefits are similar, the new 198 rupees plan offers an additional 0.5GB of daily data, though with a slightly shorter validity period.
