Integrated Railway Helpline 139 & Rail Madad
24 December 2019, Pune- Grievances on Indian Railways while Integrated Helpline 139 subsumes all existing Railway Helpline numbers (other than 182) viz. General Enquiry/139, Catering Services/1800111321, Accident/Safety/1072, SMS complaints/9717630982, General complaints/138, Vigilance/152210 and Clean My Coach/5888/138.
All the above helpline numbers (except 182 & 139) would be discontinued with effect from 01.01.2020.
As such, Integrated Helpline no.139 and RPF Security Helpline no.182 will only function with effect from 01.01.2020.
