New Delhi, 4th July 2023: Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and other members of the Indian cricket team have joined forces with players like Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, and Shardul Thakur in the West Indies. The Indian squad has arrived in the Caribbean, as confirmed by the BCCI, who shared a video capturing the Indian players enjoying a lively volleyball session upon their arrival.
During the session, Ishan Kishan took charge of the camera, capturing his teammates in action. Before that, he assumed the role of a coach, motivating and inspiring his fellow players.
Soham Desai, the strength and conditioning coach of the Indian team, revealed that the players have been granted a few days of rest before commencing their training on the field.
