Hyderabad, 15th September 2023: In a significant interception, Hyderabad Customs officials targeted a passenger arriving from Kuwait today, based on passenger profiling. Upon inspection of the traveler’s checked-in luggage, authorities discovered a concealed stash of gold weighing 259 grams, with an estimated value of ₹15.76 lakhs.

The cunning smuggling attempt saw the gold ingeniously concealed within hair cream boxes, raising suspicions of vigilant customs officers.
