Hutchings High School student wins medals at State Level Horse Riding Competition
Pune, February 27, 2020: Miheeka Amrute, a student of Hutchings High School and Junior college, Pune has won accolades for winning Silver and Bronze medals at the Maharashtra State Level Horse Riding Competition arranged in co-ordination with Pune Mayor Cup 2020 held at Ambegaon, BK, Pune recently.
The class 6th student at Hutchings, Miheeka, won the medals in two horse-riding categories with a Silver in Carton Race and a Bronze in Triple Flag Race. The award was presented by Dr. Jayprakash Duble, Joint Director for Sports for Government of Maharashtra.
About 160 children from different schools and organizations throughout Maharashtra participated in this competition in which the horse-riding event was held for the first time.
