Hour-long Ordeal: Blinkit Employee Trapped in Pune Lift, Rescued by Firefighters
Nana Peth, 5th April 2024: A 60-year-old employee of Blinkit, a quick-commerce service company, today found himself trapped in a lift for an hour during a delivery near the Nivdungya Vithoba temple in Nana Peth, Pune.
Prompt action by firefighters led to his rescue within ten minutes. Fire Officer Sanjay Ramteke, along with Driver Atul Mohite and firefighters Tandel Mangesh Pharbane, Chandrakant Gawde, Azim Sheikh, Sagar Dhombare, Sagar Shirke, and Prathamesh Sagvekar, coordinated the successful operation.
