Gunmen Open Fire Across Talegaon Dabhade, No Injuries Reported

Talegaon Dabhade, 20th June 2024: Another shooting incident has occurred in the Talegaon Dabhade town. Approximately a month and a half ago, a shooting took place in Maskarnes Colony.
According to preliminary information, a gang of around six individuals on two motorcycles was seen roaming around Talegaon Dabhade armed with pistols. Reports indicate that the gang opened fire at several locations throughout the city, with shots fired at four to six different places. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.
On May 10, there was a similar incident in Talegaon Dabhade. A police sub-inspector apprehended a man conducting reconnaissance for a theft. The suspect then opened fire and fled with an accomplice.
Today’s incident reportedly took place near Shala Chowk, Rajendra Chowk, Gajanan Maharaj Mandir, and Tukaram Nagar.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone 3) Bapu Bangar told Punekar News, “Preliminary information indicates that gunshots have been fired at four places. We are investigating this matter further.”
