Srinagar, 15th July 2024: An exchange of gunfire occurred between armed forces and terrorists in the Dessa area of Doda district in Jammu and Kashmir on Monday. The J&K police reported that the firing has ceased, and security forces have initiated a search operation in the area.

Earlier, security forces had conducted search operations in Jammu, Doda, and Reasi districts following intelligence regarding suspicious movements.
