Govt willing to form separate chapter for co op Housing societies in co op Rule of State: Shekhar Charegaonkar

A State Lavel Seminar on Redevelopement of old societies Held on Saturday , at Manohar Mangal Karyalaya, Kothrud.

Pune Zillha Gruhnirman Sangh, Maharashtra Rajya Sahakari Parishad, Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan has jointly organized this seminar.

All stakeholders including 500 members of co op housing societies, Lawyers, Govt officers, Bankers, participated in this seminar.

Shekhar Charegaonkar (President,Maharashtra Rajya Sahakari Parishad-State body for co operatives ), Architect Chandrashekhar prabhu (Former Chief MHADA, Mumbai), Anil Shirole (Mp), Hire (Deputy Registrar, Pune),Sitaram Rane (President, Maharashtra Rajya Gruhnirman Mahasangh, Mumbai), Avinash Mahagaonkar (Maharashtra state co op Bank), Suhas Patvardhan(President, Pune Zilha Sahkari Gruhnirman mahasangh), Shankar Bhide(co ordinator, Yashvantrao Chavan Prairishthan , Pune Centre) participated.

“Instead of relying any of Builder, co op Housing societies has to come forward for “self Redevelopment” , said Chandrashekhar Prabhu, on this occassion

Shekhar Charegaonkar said, ‘We will take efforts to form a separate chapter for co op housing societies in Co op Rule of state and will emphasis on forming separate Appealate Authority”

Total 5 Thousand co op Housing societies ,out of total 16 Thousand ,are in row of Redevelopment, which needs Proper Guidance , said Suhas Patvardhan

Mr. Chargaonkar,Shri. Shirole MP ,Adv Karjatkar,Architect Vishwas Kulkarni and Shri. Chandrashekhar Prabhu, all agreed to meet every month and conduct various programs,seminars,jointly ,to enlighten all members/ Coop Societies
