Germany’s aluplast profiles to be fabricated in Pune

Pune, November 18: The wide-range of innovative Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) window and door systems of aluplast will now get fabricated in Pune as well. aluplast India Pvt Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of Germany based aluplast Group join hands with Nutec Windows, a Pune-based fabricator partner to supply its easy-care, low-maintenance and termite-resistant uPVC window and door systems in the state. In association with aluplast India, Nutec will open its first fabrication plant at Chakan and a new uPVC window and door showroom in Aundh, Pune on Saturday, November 19th.

With an investment of around Rs.3.50 crores, this new fabrication plant of Nutec is comping up at Chakan MIDC phase 2, a newly developed industrial area of the city. An announcement to this effect was made by Sujit Goyal, Founder of Nutec Windows during a Press Conference held today in Pune. Arun Sharma – Managing Director, aluplast India were also present on this occasion along with other dignitaries from aluplast like Christian Feldmann – Market Manager Asia, Africa & North America and Pallav Choukhani –Supporters Motivator and Shruti Goyal, Founder of Nutec Windows.

Spread over 7500 Sqft, the newly constructed plant has a production capacity of making 70 Windows in a day and currently accommodates 20 to 25 employees. The plant is fully equipped with the newest technologies, latest fabrication unit and machines like profile cutting, corner welding and corner cleaning which will provide good quality, finish and better longevity to the products. These products will be supplied to the newly built independent houses & bungalows, hospitals, corporate offices and schools throughout the city.

Speaking on the occasion, Arun Sharma said, “We are happy to enter in the Indian market to supply the quality products of aluplast. Our Indian products’ quality is in line with aluplast’s global standards. We ensure that the quality of our systems always remains the same, whether they are produced in India or internationally. We are looking at catering the big market of India, with our recently launched plant in Vadodara and now associating with Nutec Windows in Pune. We are also aiming at appointing more dealers to cater the nearby cities like Satara, Lonavala, Kolhapur and Karad in Maharashtra.”

Talking about the association, Sujit Goyal said, “We are pleased to get associated with aluplast. The company is recognised in the world for their innovations and we are happy to fabricate their doors and windows in and around Pune. We also plan to expand our services to the state of Gujarat in near future.”

aluplasts’ products are made of a 100% lead-free, non-toxic uPVC raw material compound which is formulated specially to withstand the Indian climate and to avoid discolorations in any climatic conditions.
