G. Shreedhar Transferred to CID; Milind Mohite Appointed DCP at Pune City Police

Pune, 27th September 2024: In a significant reshuffle within the Maharashtra Police Department’s Pune region, the Home Department of the Government of Maharashtra has issued a transfer order affecting several key officers. G. Shreedhar, who was serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in Pune, has been reassigned as Superintendent at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Pune.

In a corresponding move, Milind Mohite, the Superintendent of police at CID Pune, will take over as DCP, Pune.

G. Shreedhar had only recently assumed the role of Special DCP for Pune Police in August 2024, following his transfer from Hingoli.
