First Merit List for Class 11 Admissions in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad Announced Today

Pune, 27th June 2024: The first merit list for Class 11 admissions in junior colleges across Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad will be announced today. Students who secure a place in this list must complete their admission process by July 1. It is mandatory for students who get their first choice college to take admission.

This year, 1,20,265 seats are available in 343 junior colleges in the Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad area through the central online admission process. Out of these, 93,356 seats are allocated for central admissions (CAP), while 26,909 seats are reserved for quota admissions. A total of 70,282 students have registered for central admissions.

A provisional merit list, which includes 70,367 students who have completed and verified Part-I and Part-II of the admission form, has been published on the official website. The final merit list for the first round of admissions will be released after processing any objections, corrections, and appeals on this provisional list. The eligibility marks for various colleges will also be available alongside the merit list.

Students who receive their first choice college in the first merit list are required to accept the offer and take admission in that college. Those who do not get their first choice can wait for subsequent rounds. Through their login, students can choose to confirm, deny, or cancel their admission.

As per the statistics on the 11th admission website, 3,814 students have already secured admission under institutional quota, management quota, and minority quota.
