DRDO Scientist Kurulkar Exploited Two Women With Promise Of Jobs: Pune ATS
Pune, 11th July 2023: Disturbing details have emerged regarding allegations of misconduct against Dr. Pradeep Kurulkar, a senior scientist and Director at DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organization). Maharashtra State Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has included this information in the recently filed charge sheet.
The charge sheet, spanning a staggering 1,837 pages, was presented in court by the ATS. It includes evidence of Kurulkar’s social media interactions with Pakistani intelligence agent Zara Dasgupta. Astonishingly, these conversations revealed discussions about Agni, BrahMos, and Rustam missiles.
According to the charge sheet, Kurulkar allegedly subjected two women to abuse by manipulating them with the promise of securing jobs within DRDO. Following Kurulkar’s arrest, further revelations came to light during the investigation. The ATS team extensively interrogated the two women, who disclosed that Kurulkar had summoned them to the DRDO restroom. Detailed statements from the women were recorded by the ATS team. The charge sheet, filed by the ATS in court, accuses Kurulkar of exploiting the two women.
