Divine HR Forum and NIPM Pune Celebrate Women’s Leadership and Impact
Pune, 26th March 2025: The Divine HR Forum, in collaboration with the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Pune Chapter, successfully hosted the “Create Empowered Futures” program at ASM College of Commerce and Science, Chinchwad. This inspiring event aimed to recognize and celebrate the contributions of women across various fields.
The event featured an esteemed panel of guests, including Dr. Sanjeevani Pandey (BJP IT Cell, Maharashtra Pradesh), Ritu Biyani (Army Veteran), and Asha Pachpande (Director, ASM Institute). Prominent speakers such as Lalita Gawade, Prachitee Punde, and Asha Deshmukh shared their perspectives on accelerating women’s progress in today’s society.
The program was organized under the leadership of Kalyan Pawar (Chairman, NIPM Pune Chapter) and Preeti Sakhre (Founder, Divine HR Forum), with key contributions from Pawan Sharma, Prachee Sonchal, Vahida Pathan, Maharaj Bundel, Uday Nikam, Savithri G, and Sushil Kulkarni. The event received strong support from Lions Club, VMS Group, Venus India, and Sappling India.
With around 80 participants in attendance, the event served as a platform for knowledge-sharing and empowerment. A key highlight was the recognition of over 40 outstanding women for their remarkable contributions to society and professional excellence.
The initiative underscored the importance of fostering leadership and growth among women. Experts and speakers encouraged attendees to break barriers and achieve new heights in their personal and professional journeys.
Through this joint effort, the Divine HR Forum and NIPM Pune Chapter reaffirmed their commitment to building a more inclusive and empowered future for women.
