CREDAI Maharashtra Youth Wing Organises the 2nd Edition of ‘Maha Youth Conclave 2024’ In Pune
Pune, 19th June 2024: CREDAI Maharashtra organized the 2nd edition of the biennial ‘Maha Youth Conclave 2024’ on 15th and 16th June at Hotel Conrad by Hilton Pune. The official host for the event was CREDAI Youth Wing (CYW) -CREDAI Maharashtra.
The conclave was inaugurated at the hands of Kumar Gera-Founder President CREDAI National in the presence of Pramod Khairnar-President CREDAI Maharashtra, Sunil Furde -VP CREDAI National, Vidyanand Bedekar-Hon. Secretary CREDAI Maharashtra, Sanket Tupe- Convener, CYW-CREDAI Maharashtra, Gaurav Thakker-CYW Chairman CREDAI National, Nilesh Vohra-CYW Secretary CREDAI National, Rasik Chauhan-VP CREDAI Maharashtra, Aditya Javdekar-VP CREDAI Maharashtra, Ashish Pokharna- Jt. Secretary CREDAI Maharashtra, Dharmaveer Bharti-Jt. Secretary CREDAI Maharashtra, Shantaram Patil- Jt. Secretary CREDAI Maharashtra and Ranjit Naiknavare-President CREDAI Pune Metro.
Speaking about the conclave, Pramod Khairnar, president Credai Maharashtra, said, “This was the second edition of the biennial Maha Youth Conclave. The idea behind organizing this conclave was to guide the youth wing members about ethical business practices. We must organize such conclaves for the overall growth of the real estate sector in the country as such conclaves boost interactions and learnings between tier 1 and tier 2 /3 city youth members.”
Ranjit Naiknavare, president Credai Pune said, “The ‘Youth Maha Conclave 2024’ was a wonderful platform to nurture young entrepreneurs. In the second edition of the conclave, Pune was again the choice as the host city as developers from all over Maharashtra look at Pune as a Real Estate hub and want to learn how to carry out their business as is done in Pune. Developers are also keen to know the reasons for Pune’s rapid real estate development as it sold the highest number of flats in the country last year”
The two-day conclave had many eminent speakers deliberating on interesting topics such as Succession Planning – Preserving Legacy & Nurturing Next Gen Talent, Beyond Property – Mastering Land and Revenue Strategies, Corporatization: Enhancing Efficiency & Growth of the Organization, Sustainability & Recycling of Construction Material, Alternative Real Estate, Beyond Budgeting – Cost Optimization strategies in Construction, The everyday Guide: Leveraging connects effectively for Personal Business growth, Brand Building Masterclass – Build your brand to build your profits, Sales Masterclass – Pathway to grow Business 10X and so on.
‘Horizon’-a book that covers the activities done by CREDAI Maharashtra Youth Wing was released during the conclave at the hands of Satish Magar- Ex. Chairman, CREDAI-National and Shantilal Kataria Executive Council Member Credai National. The conclave saw a turnout of around 250 youth wing members from 30 Cities in the age group of 25 years to 40 years.
Sanket Tupe, convenor Youth wing Maharashtra was also the convener of the conclave who was supported by co-conveners Pratik Bhadra, Nandkishor Patil, Vyasraj Jambagi, Sahil Prabhale, Piyush Desale, Pankaj Kasat & Dhawal Ingale.
