Covid-19 Blessings: 99.95% Students Pass Maharashtra State Board SSC Examination

Pune, 16 July 2021: Creating a history in the State, Maharashtra State Board Secondary and Higher Secondary Education declared the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) results with 99.95% students passing the examination. Yet again the girl students have outshone the boys with 99.96% of passing while the passing percentage for boys was 99.94%.

The result is 4.65% more than the previous year that is 2020 when it was 95.3%.

Nearly, 15,75,806 regular students appeared for the examination of which 15,75,752 students passed the examination.

Kokan region had 100% result while Nagpur followed it with 99.84%”, said board chairman Dinkar Patil in the press conference.

The repeaters passing percentage stood at whooping 90.25% while the physically disabled recorded a 97.84% passing percentage. While those who appeared for the examination externally have a passing percentage of 97.45%.

Students from 22,767 schools appeared for the examination among which 22,384 schools had 100% results.
