Course on Garden Design and Development at BNCA

Pune 11 July 2017 : MKSSS’s Dr B. N. College of Architecture for Women ( BNCA) , Pune has launched ‘Garden Design and Development’ , a ten days intensive part time course. The aim of this course is to provide training and guidance in garden development and maintenance to the people from varied backgrounds who are interested in the subject including Nursery Owners, Agriculturists, Horticulture Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers, Professionals from any other background, and even housewives, who would like to know how to develop and maintain their own garden.

The course mainly focuses on aspects of planting right from the seed sowing and potting to some of the latest concepts like bottle gardens, organic farming, terrace gardening, medicinal plants etc. It also focuses on materials and services to be taken care while Gardening. Practicals and Demonstrations are an inherent part of the coursework. This course is in three Languages – Marathi, Hindi and English. Admissions for the batch starting from 24th July to 2nd august are open and the last day for registration is 21st July with limited seats.

The minimum qualification needed for the course is 10+2. After successfully completing the respective content of the Syllabus a Certificate from Dr B. N. College of Architecture, will be awarded to the participants. For further Details, contact – Anupama Khatavkar (9423013983)
