Cleanliness Drive Initiated By Former MCCIA President For Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad Regions

Pune, 17th October 2022: Pune has witnessed a lot of cleanliness drives since many years. The citizens of Pune have also supported these types of drives by showing their enthusiasm and active participation.

 

In this background, Former MCCIA President started an initiative and informed about the same via twitter.

 

He tweeted, “As part of @ppcr_pune we have created a group to support the task of cleaning up Pune. For PMC, this group is led by Ashish Bhandari, MD and CEO Thermax,@clndraneel and Rajeev Kher, CEO 3 S. The group is comprised of Industry, Scientists, Academics, NGO’s & concerned citizens.”

 

He added, “For PCMC, the group is led by @dgkpune and @Siddharth Desai. We will engage with government and also build consensus on the urgent need to improve cleanliness in our city. Please do try to build up community initiatives in your locality. Let’s not leave this task only to government.”

 

The citizens of Pune are supporting this initiative and applauding the efforts made.

One user tweeted, “Great to see that efforts are being put to make Pune clean. Hoping to see results soon.”

 

Another user wrote, ” I would be happy to join this initiative. Please let us know how to be a part of it.”

 

Pune Platform for Collborative Responses (PCCR) is a volunteer group of prominent business, industry, and start-up for leaders to assess the potential gaps in the demand and supply of provisions in the Pune region.
