CHETI CHAND will be celebrated on Sunday, 30 March

Pune, 27th March 2025: CHETI CHAND, a sindhi new year and 1075th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Sai Jhulelal will be celebrated on Sunday, 30th March 2025 at Deccan College Banquet Hall, Deccan College Ground, Near Bombay Saphers, Yerwada, Pune & this year, chief guest for the program is Haresh Abhichandani Founder & Managing Diector of Millenium Semiconducotrs India, informed by Ashok Waswani, President of Sindhu Seva Dal (SSD) in the press conference. Sindhu Seva Dal’s Past President Suresh Jethwani, Vijay Daswani & Deepak Wadhavani, Secretary Sachin Talreja were present on the occasion.
Suresh Jethwani said that, the fete will start by offering Pooja Arti to Sai Jhulelal at 7 pm and will be followed by various social and cultural programs as well as non-stop entertainment programs. This year the live concert of Sindhi Orchestra will be played by Devansh Entertainment, Mumbai, SINDHI SYMPHONY BAND, for the first time in India by 17 artists including versatile singers from all over India Shubham Nathani, Piyanshi Karwani,Rutika Sundrani, Aman Sundrani and Mohit Shewani. Young Generation Dances will be performed by GND group of Pune. The programme will be hosted by Mohit Shewani from Mumbai (known as Sindhi’s Kapil Sharma). This will be followed by Priti Bhoj (Dinner) for each and every one. Well-known dignitories from Sindhi community will be present as a guests for the festival. Sindhi Prominent Personalities will be honoured, he added.
Sindhu Seva Dal was formed 38 years back with the aims and objectives of promoting Sindhi cultural activities for the consolidation of the Sindhi Community. A large Mela of the Sindhi Community from Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad is organized by “Sindhu Seva Dal” on this occasion. About 4000 to 4500 Sindhis will attend this Mela.
