Bsa Gold Star 650 to Launch in Indian Market on August 15

Pune, 24th June 2024: BSA, the British two-wheeler manufacturer, is set to introduce a new motorcycle in India’s market. Scheduled for launch on 15th August 2024, this bike from BSA’s classic legend segment is generating significant anticipation. While specific details such as the model name remain undisclosed, BSA Motorcycles confirmed that the unveiling will take place in Mumbai.

The upcoming motorcycle is expected to embody British heritage with its large, bold design. Speculations point towards the possibility of it being the Gold Star 650 model. According to reports, notable features could include 41 mm telescopic front forks, 17 and 18-inch tires, dual disc brakes, dual-channel ABS, a single-seat configuration, and a choice of five colors.

Under the hood, enthusiasts anticipate a 650cc single-cylinder DOHC engine powering the BSA Gold Star 650. Expected to deliver 45 BHP and 55 Nm of torque, this engine has undergone rigorous testing across India, Europe, and Britain ahead of its market debut.

BSA has withheld pricing details, which are slated for release closer to the launch date. Market analysts speculate the motorcycle could be priced around Rs 3 lakh, positioning it as a direct competitor to offerings from Royal Enfield in the Indian market. The launch aims to attract motorcycle enthusiasts looking for a blend of classic style and modern performance from the revered British brand.
