Breaking News: Controversial IAS Puja Khedkar’s District Training Program Put On Hold By LBSNAA, Recalled To Academy

Pune, 16th July 2024: Amidst ongoing controversies regarding Probationary IAS Puja Khedkar, the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) has sent a letter Maharashtra Government asking to put on hold her district training program.
She has been called back to the academy.

Accordingly, Maharashtra’s Additional Chief Secretary (P) Nitin Gadre has issued a letter to Khedkar.

“As per D.O. letter No.DD(SN)/PA-2024 of Deputy Director & In-Charge Establishment, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, dated 16.07.2024, it is informed that LBSNAA, Mussoorie has decided to keep your District Training Program on hold and immediately recall you for further necessary action. Therefore, you are hereby relieved from the District Training Programme of the State Government of Maharashtra. You are instructed to join the Academy at the earliest but not later than 23rd July 2024 under any circumstances.”

Puja Khedkar, from the 2023 batch of IAS, is currently involved in several controversies and has made headlines for all the wrong reasons. These issues began with reports about her installing a beacon and writing “Maharashtra Government” on a private Audi car. Other controversies include discrepancies in the disability certificates she provided for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Exam.
