Birla Estates Expands Pune Presence with 16.5 Acre Land Acquisition in Manjri

Pune, 24 June, 2024: Birla Estates Pvt. Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of Century Textiles and Industries Limited and the real estate arm of the Aditya Birla Group, is set to expand its footprint in Pune with the acquisition of a 16.5-acre land parcel in Manjri. This development is projected to generate revenue potential of INR 2,500 crore, with approximately 32 lakh square feet of residential housing.

The project, part of an Integrated Township, will offer a variety of residential units and configurations. Located in the rapidly emerging Manjri micro-market, the development is strategically situated on the Pune-Solapur Highway, providing seamless connectivity to major IT hubs such as Kharadi, Magarpatta, and Phursungi, as well as the Hadapsar MIDC.
