Former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh, former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao, and Dr. MS Swaminathan have been chosen for this prestigious accolade in recognition of their outstanding achievements in various domains, each significantly impacting the trajectory of India’s development.
