AIC Pinnacle Entrepreneurship Forum to Host 2nd National Level IP Yatra 2024-25 in Pune on March 19-20
Pune, 14th March 2025: AIC Pinnacle Entrepreneurship Forum, supported by the Ministry of MSME, is pleased to announce the 2nd National Level IP Yatra 2024-25—a two-day national event dedicated to fostering awareness and understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in India. The event will occur on March 19-20, 2025, at Lemon Tree Premier, Pune, Maharashtra.
The Government of India has implemented several initiatives to promote Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), recognizing its importance in fostering innovation, economic growth, and technological advancements. These efforts aim to create an ecosystem where intellectual property is protected, allowing businesses, creators, and innovators to benefit from their innovations. This includes National & International Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks, Designs, and Geographical Indications (GI).
The Ministry of MSME, Government of India, supports this initiative through various awareness programs such as National IP Yatra and financial assistance by offering free-of-cost IP services through Intellectual Property Facilitation Centres (IPFCs). AIC Pinnacle is an IPFC supported by the Ministry of MSME, offering these services.
The IP Yatra 2024-25 aims to create a platform for MSMEs, entrepreneurs, IP experts, startups, and legal professionals to explore emerging trends in global IP protection, market access, technology transfer, and IP commercialization strategies. The event will feature keynote speeches, expert-led panel discussions,
interactive workshops, and networking sessions, highlighting the significant role of intellectual property in the growth and success of businesses in India and globally.
This event will provide crucial information on Intellectual Property Protection, streamlined filing procedures, commercialization of IP, and national and international technology transfer. It will also offer insights into financial support and incentives available to MSMEs for IP registration, along with an on-the-spot application facility for MSMEs through the IP Clinic.
