Action Against Hospitals That Failed To Help Patients Under Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana

Pune, October 8, 2020: The Zilla Parishad committee members have decided to disqualify the hospitals to be part of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana if they have failed to implement while treating the COVID19 patients during the pandemic.

A report regarding it will be sent to State Government soon. After the pandemic spread in the rural areas too, various hospitals under the scheme helped the poor patients, but a few hospitals did not help poor patients.  These patients had to take a loan to pay the bills.

Thus, the decision was taken to disqualify the hospitals that deny the treatment under the scheme.
