Sharing his thoughts on the rally, Mr. Chaayanath K Mysore, General Manager and Managing Director of ADP Private Limitedsaid, “Every woman has the right to lead a safe life. It is important for women to have the capability to determine their future that is free from violence. In this process, all they require is a voice that speaks in their support and I’m proud of our Associates who were willing to be that voice. The main purpose of this rally is to convey that ‘Equal Rights are Not Special Rights on Women’. By coming together in huge numbers, these women associates have announced that silence is no longer an option’ against women abuse.”

As part of the rally, ADP has also contributed monetarily to Sayodhya, a Hyderabad-based NGO that aide women survivors of violence. With a focus to encourage such women survivors to resume leading a good life, Sayodhya provides shelter and other support.

Upon being asked about the role of NGOs such as Sayodhya and how they can be supported,Mr. Vipul Singh, Head of HR, Communications and CSR at ADP Private Limited said, “Heart-wrenching stories of the survivors from NGOs such as Sayodhya triggered the thought of orchestrating ‘Liberty Rally’, with an objective to put the spotlight on the urgent need to end violence against women. ADP has always come forward to support those in need and this time, has contributed to the setting-up of a vocational training center within the premises of Sayodhya. ADP believes that with the right support, not only will these women lead a happy life ahead but also teach that nothing can break a person’s spirit.”

Watching people support great causes such as women empowerment is always encouraging and by coming together in huge numbers, ADP associates have made certain that women are more empowered than people can imagine. These Associates have showed that together, we can highlight the significance of conversations that will eventually bring an end to violence against women.
