Confusion among parents and students over class 11th admission in Maharashtra

Pune, 10th August 2021: As there are continuous changes in the schedule for admission declared for class 11, it has created confusion among the parents and the students.

Meanwhile, the parents have demanded that the Education department should bring more awareness about it among the students.

Maharashtra State education department will conduct the Common Entrance Test (CET) for class 11th on August 21. Although this examination is voluntary, it will give preference to the students seeking admissions to various colleges in the city.

While those who will not appear for the CET will get admission to the vacant seats. There have been no orientation sessions held for the parents or students. Thus, the parents have demanded to have orientation sessions regarding the admission process.
