Pune: Anandvan Mitra Mandal To Organize Mega Plantation Drive In Pisoli

Kondhwa, 26th June 2021: Anand Van Mitra Mandal (AVMM), a leading green conservation NGO, has organized a mega tree plantation drive at Pisoli where 500 native trees will be planted in the forest land opposite Vidyashilp Public School Antule Nagar on Sunday (June 27) morning. 

Anand Van Mitra Mandal (AVMM) is a “Public Charitable Trust” (Registered under Society Registration Act 1860,21 MH 1587/2015/Pune) based in Pune, Maharashtra, India with the core objective of increasing people’s awareness about the Environment, Wildlife, Climate Change and Forest worldwide and to work towards it.

AVMM head Praveen Kumar has appealed to the entire city to participate wholeheartedly in the tree plantation drive taking place by following strict rules of social distancing and mandatory wearing of masks. 

“Please carry your snacks and water bottle. Wearing a mask is compulsory. We will be glad if you get your family and friends and be part of the fight against climate change and global warming. Let’s all take a step forward for a better and greener future,” Kumar appealed. 

Kumar who is popularly known as Kumar Uncle is regarded as one of the most passionate and dedicated green warriors of India.
