All secondary schools and junior colleges should print and give the online admit card to the students. No separate charges should be levied for this. Clear instructions have been given by the State Board.

The Class XII State Board examination will begin from 23 April onwards. The admit cards for the exam have been made available online. All the secondary schools and junior colleges should print and give the admit cards to students. The student should get the signature and stamp from the headmaster or principal on the printout of the admit card.

If there is any change in subject and medium in the hall ticket, the schools and junior colleges have to make corrections by going to the divisional board. And if there is any correction in the student’s photo, signature, or name, then the changes should be made at the secondary college and junior college level and a copy should be sent to the divisional board.

If a student loses a hall ticket, he/she has to take a re-print and give a hall ticket with a second copy in red ink, the State Board has clarified.
