CREDAI-Pune Metro elects Anil Pharande as its President for the next term
Pune, March 31, 2021: The CREDAI-Pune Metro, the Association of Builders and Promoters of Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad and PMRDA Area has unanimously elected Anil Pharande from Pharande Promoters & Builders as its President for the term 2021-2023.
Anil Pharande’s team consisting of Ranjit Naiknavare, Amar Manjrekar, Manish Jain, Rajesh Choudhary, Aditya Javdekar as Vice Presidents, Arvind Jain as Hon. Secretary, I.P. Inamdar as Hon. Treasure and Tejraj Patil as Hon. Jt. Secretary were elected for the term 2021-2023. There will be 16 managing committee members to support the team.
The CREDAI- Pune Metro was established in 1982 having ISO-9001-2015 certification. It is also registered with Charity Commissioner under Public Trust Act, 1950. It has a strong membership of 1400 plus members under different categories.
During COVID 19 situation Association had provided support for setting up ICU units in Govt. run hospitals, oxygen beds. Distributed ration to the poor and needy people of the society. Distributed sanitizers, masks, cooked food etc. to the labours at construction site.
CREDAI-Pune Metro works closely with the Government and Semi-Government agencies and takes initiative in policy formation, education to the construction labour with regards to safety at construction sites and skill development and undertakes various Corporate Social Responsibilities directly and through its members.
The association also undertakes health check-up camps, Pulse polio drives and some other social welfare activities for construction workers and has also supported the Pune Municipality in its endeavour to make Pune city open defecation free city by providing more than 16,000 toilets.
