Pune: TikTok Star Sameer Gaikwad Found Dead, Police Suspect Suicide
Wagholi, February 21, 2021: TikTok star Sameer Gaikwad was dead today at his residence in Wagholi. Police suspect that he died by suicide. The exact cause behind the death is yet to be ascertained.
According to police, Sameer was hanging at his residence on Kesnand Road in Wagholi. The incident came to light around 5 pm on Sunday. Sameer’s brother Praful informed the Lonikand police station. Sameer was rushed to Life Line Hospital but doctors declared him dead before treatment. The exact reason behind the suicide has not been revealed.
Through music videos, Sameer had become famous among the youth. Sameer studied at Wadia College in Pune.
