Khadki: Thieves Steal Donation Box From Church, Electric Pump From School

Pune, February 14, 2021: In the Khadki area, the thieves have stolen the donation box from a church as well as an electric motor pump from a school.

Jesu Anthony (68) has lodged a complaint with Khadki police station about the donation box theft at St Ignatius Church.

According to police, the incident took place between 7 pm on February 10 to 5.30 am on February 11. The thieves had decamped with the donation box meant for the poor people, which contained about Rs 3000 cash. They had also damaged another donation box. Head Constable Hanumant Jadhav is investigating the matter further.

In another case, an electric motor water pump installed to water the trees in the 512 APPS garden in the Khadki area was stolen. Narendra Bhailal (28) of Khadki has lodged a complaint in this regard.
