Pune City : 202 New Covid Cases , 336 Discharged Today
Pune, December 7, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 336 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 202 new patients were detected while 9 people died today. Today swab samples of 1911 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 172,280 out of which 162,759 have been cured while 4502 have died. There are still 5019 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 414 critical patients out of which 253 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 9,677,203 across the country. Out of this, 91,39,901 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 140,573 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 396,729 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
