Pune: Passport Adalat on 16th December

Pune, December 4, 2020: For the benefit of the Passport applicants of Pune region ( Pune, Solapur, Ahmednagar, Satara , Sangli, Kolhapur, Latur, Osmanabad, Parbhani, Jalna, Beed, Nanded) whose passport applications are pending for a long time a Passport Adalat would be organized on 16th December 2020 (Wednesday) at Regional Passport office, Passport Bhawan, Sr. No. 5/2/2, Baner-Pashan Link Road, Baner, Pune-411045. The timing for entry to the Adalat will be from 10 AM to 1.30 PM with prior appointment only.

Following will be the procedure to attend the Adalat:

1) It will be open only with prior appointment.
2) To get appointment at the passport adalat, applicant has to
a) Either write an email [email protected] with the following details-
i) Applicant Name ii) File Number iii) Contact Number
b) Or write a letter to the RPO, Regional Passport office, Passport Bhawan, Sr. No. 5/2/2, Baner-Pashan Link Road, Baner, Pune-411045

The following details may be mentioned in the letter:
i) Applicant Name ii) File Number iii) Contact Number

Last date of receiving the email/letter is 15th December 2020 till 9 AM.

Based on the requirement of the passport application case, Passport office will inform to the applicant by email or telephone the timing when the applicant has to come to the Passport Adalat. The applicant at that time must bring all the required documents and a copy of their email to the passport office.
